Meet the Facilitator
I’m Bree Bacon—a business leader, keynote speaker, and best-selling author with 20+ years of experience that’s taken me from investment banking to global corporations. I earned my MBA from Duke University and my BA in Business/Economics and Music from Wheaton College.
I’m also a stage three, triple-negative breast cancer survivor. That journey taught me grit, grace, and the importance of protecting my energy. Today, I help people and teams overcome burnout and invest in their Elite Energy™—because well-being isn’t a luxury; it’s the foundation for your best capacity in both work and life.

Outside of work, I’m a proud military spouse and mom to my miracle daughter, Eliana.
